 General Bookkeeping

Additional tax planning is provided in parallel to our services. 

Our business services include initial chart of accounts set-up in accordance with industry standards as well as formatted for management needs and quarterly review. In addition, allocation and classification of all transactions in bank account(s), credit card(s), and/or loan(s) are performed daily to ensure accurate month end close and reconciliation. Quarterly financials are issued in accordance with Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services (SSARSs) issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. 

 Payroll Services

Whether you are a new start-up, mid-sized business, or large venture, we have the flexible payroll solution for your operations. 

As an employer, it is your responsibility to ensure your payroll is operated in accordance with federal and state(s) laws. In addition, providing benefits such as (but not limited to) health insurance, retirement plan(s), and/or sick pay require accurate management. 

At Rowland Alexander, it’s about more than ‘handling your payroll’. We become your payroll department. Our payroll service delivers exactly what your business needs now.   

Payroll services are fully streamlined and tech forward. Employees have access to an employee portal, accessing current and past payroll and tax records. Employees are paid via direct deposit under the payroll schedule of your choosing. Lastly, all tax deposits, quarterly filings, and Forms W-2 are delivered electronically as applicable.
